Two-factor authentication is an extra layer of security for your CoVEX account designed to ensure that you're the only person who
can access your account, even if someone might know your password.
For setup two factor setting, please go to your account and click to the Security, that will allow to setup your two factor setup.
Back up your Security Key
It is extremely important that you save your Security Key in a safe place. Resetting your Two-Factor Authentication requires opening a
support ticket and may take up to few days to address.
Download Google Authenticator on your mobile device. You can use a different authentication app if you prefer.
Google Authenticator
Open Google Authenticator and add a new authentication key. If this is your first time using Google Authenticator, tap “Begin Setup” to add a new key.
If you have previously set up Google Authenticator, tap the + icon in the top bar to add a new key. Select the “Scan barcode” option.
Use Google Authenticator to scan the QR code
Point your phone camera at the QR Code displayed on the Bittrex website. The app will scan the QR Code and display a 6 digit code.
Enter the 6 digit code provided by Google Authenticator
In the “Authentication code" text field, enter the 6 digit code that appears in the Google Authenticator app. The code changes every 30 seconds.
